Overview

Meeting Detail shows one selected-client booked meeting with its schedule, status, owner, source, qualification, contact information, notes, and saved recording. Employees can edit allowed fields. A client member can record one bounded outcome only when their exact user and selected client have an active grant and the meeting is still Meeting Set.

How to use this page

  1. Open a booked meeting

From Booked Meetings, select View for the relevant record. The page shows the contact and company, status, schedule, time zone, source, setter, owner, qualification, and contract value.

  2. Record a client outcome when granted

A granted client member sees Meeting Set as the disabled current choice, then can select Prospect Cancelled, Meeting Held, Win, Meeting Held, Unqualified, Reschedule, or Client Handled. The status becomes read-only after the outcome is saved. Other meeting fields stay read-only for clients.

  3. Play a saved recording

When a recording is available, use the player in the Recording section. If the saved recording matches its booking call, playback uses the platform recording link. Legacy saved recordings remain supported.

  4. Edit a meeting when authorized

Employees can select Edit Meeting to update allowed meeting and contact fields. Choose Save Changes when finished or Cancel to discard unsaved edits.

  5. Correct an accidental Meeting Set

An authorized SDR manager can select Correct Meeting Set when the contact is currently Meeting Set. Add an optional reason, then choose Restore prior status. The action restores the exact prior status and clears only this booking's Meeting Set attribution and date.

  6. Handle a no-show or incorrect meeting

Authorized employees can select Mark No-Show and provide a reason. Authorized employees can select Delete after confirming. Delete un-books the meeting and cannot be undone.

Recording player

For authorized employees, records a no-show reason.

For authorized employees, un-books the meeting after confirmation. This cannot be undone.

Common questions

Employees can use Edit Meeting according to their role. Client members cannot edit meeting fields. An exact active meeting-outcome grant adds only the bounded status control while the record is Meeting Set.
For a granted client member, it identifies the current state before an outcome is chosen. It is not a selectable outcome. After a permitted outcome is saved, the status becomes read-only.
Yes. When the meeting has a saved recording, use the inline player in the Recording section. A matched booking-call recording uses the platform playback link, while legacy saved recordings remain supported.
An authorized SDR manager can correct a current Meeting Set. The action restores the exact prior status and keeps the original call and history intact.
